April through June of 2022 was dotted with several small family moments that added up to a splendid Spring in Texas for us. General Conference weekend was enjoyed with Michael and Stephanie's families at our house. And my "Podcast Posse" friends feasted on a "Seder" meal as we neared Easter.
For our Easter celebration, we watched the Johnson kids gather Easter eggs and had fun together at their home that day. I took Stephanie to lunch for her birthday and gobbled down some tasty crepes like we did together in Paris. And a visit to Eve and Brady's home was needed, as well.
Paige entertained us with her performance as a lamb in a local play, and we treated her to ice cream afterwards.
On our way home, we stopped to watch a portion of the impressive, "Great Texas Airshow" with the Bosens.
In May, we returned to see Eve and Brady, and a quick jaunt to the local mall provided a little adventure.
It's the simple things in life that bring joy!
